I get this error after I edited my server resources. I cannot see my bitnami files instead site shows Apache2 Debian Default Page

When I run sudo /opt/bitnami/bnsupport-tool, this is the error that I am getting sudo: /opt/bitnami/bnsupport-tool: command not found

Hello @onyango103,

Could you share with us a screenshot of the error?

Usually, it is a problem related to another apache instance running on the machine. You could try these commands:

sudo pkill -f apache
sudo pkill -f httpd
sudo kill -9 $(sudo lsof -t -i:80)
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache

This is the error that I get. Please note that /opt/bitnami folder doesn't exist

Hello @onyango103,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

It seems that the bitnami installation is lost since /opt/bitnami does not exist. My suggestion would be to launch a new instance or install LAMP stack installer in that server again. Note that lamp 7.1 is deprecated, but I could provide you with an old installer if you need this version.

We would like to know more about how it was done to figure out what happened. What steps did you follow to edit your server resources? Probably it is looking for an archived image.
