I've deleted the VM and files, imported the ova file into virtual box once again. I copied down the autogenerated password - two other people confirmed just to make sure. Started the vm, used the bitnami username and password. Browsed to the application - once again the password shown doesn't work. I just get the bad credentials message on the login page.
I've ran the support tool. It says the support bundle was uploaded and gave me a guid to 'paste into my support ticket' but i cannot find a support ticket.
