Hi @jmanooch,We have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?
How to Run the Bitnami Support Tool
Please note that you need to paste the code ID that is shown at the end.
that's the support bundle ID after running the tool.
That is a warning message from the Google Marketplace Console, the Ghost solution should be successfully deployed. We already contacted Google Marketplace to address this issue, Bitnami does not have control over those scripts. You can find that other users already reported it at https://community.bitnami.com/t/the-template-is-incompatible-with-python3-please-fix-the-following-errors-exception-in-software-status-py/72377/11?u=beltran1
No, it just doesn't deploy.
What do you suggest?
In your case it seems you selected a "f1-micro" instance and the minimal instance recommended for Ghost is a "g1-small" server. Could you please try using this instance type?
This doesn't work either, same error.
So it looks like the deployment actually works. Although it's very hard to tell since the error message looks like a critical failure.
You can close this ticket now. Thanks.
Thanks for the info. I'm glad you fixed your issue! We will close this thread as solved. Please do not hesitate to open a new one with any other questions you may have.
Just a note to let you know that Google Marketplace team already fixed the Warning message. It does not appear for new deployments.
