Suddenly Putty has stopped taking the key which was created using AWS Instance

Keywords: Magento - AWS - Technical issue - Connectivity (SSH/FTP)
Description:
Hi
We had created a instance , and we were successfully able to connect that instance via putty,
But now while connecting instance it says refused to connect and its not not taking key that was assigned to us.
What could be the possible solution for the same.
Thanks

Hello @geeks9,

That is a strange behavior, were there any changes applied to your instance in your last SSH connection, even if they may seem unrelated? Please share the exact error PuTTY is throwing in case it shares some light on this.

Could you also double-check your instance is still up and running in your AWS panel? If so, please read our Troubleshoot SSH Issues guide and see if any of the solutions solve your issue.

Hi ,
No changes were applied to instance , And even if we are downloading the key again putty is not taking the key and it says error
Putty is giving error , which says key refused by server , and its the same key which was downloaded from BITNAMI.

Hello @geeks9,

Please read carefully the guide linked in my previous post as it may explain a behavior similar to your current issue. You can try using another SSH client in case there is something wrong with PuTTY. Apart from that, we do not have access to your instance and we are not able to offer any other solution. I recommend you to contact AWS support in case there is a connectivity issue with your instance or they can give you access to it again.
