Subdomain not working

Hi there,

I’m using the LAMP stack & am trying to point an ‘A’ record to my AWS instance. I am using CloudFlare’s DNS.

When I point the root A record to my IP, things work fine.

When I try to point a subdomain A record to the IP, I get Failed to connect to wp.mysite.com port 80: Connection refused

Hi @rdorn,

It seems the DNS records are not configured properly and the subdomain is not pointing to the correct IP. You can use this online tool to validate the changes
