Hope you are doing well.

Additionally, I would like to add some steps that I followed while creating
new Wordpress Multisite Certified in Google Compute. Hopefully, this may
help you to under the user-level errors and results.
Wordpress Multisite instances are generated without errors in Google
I first created DNS A record, pointed to the instances, External IP
address changed to Static IP, successfully installed SSL.
Logged into the Wordpress Multisite Certified.
This part is tricky to most newbie users, the dashboard command 'user'
*As the default user is firstname.lastname@example.org email@example.com, you need to
change this email address. For newbie like me, who is using Google Cloud
for first time, it was an uninvited error because in WAMP Server and
Localhost, we do not face any error changing the user email. (Perfectly in
both operating system, Windows OS and LINUX OS). Whereas, in Google Cloud,
you can edit the user email but that email is not sent. *
*The localhost designer omits this section, and thinks the email
verification link is been sent to the updated email address. Everyone
newbie has to be careful here.*
*Therefore, the users need to enable SMTP plugins. I used Gmail SMTP
I generated SSH Key using PuTTY, saved privatekeys and publickeys,
updated them to FileZilla new site settings. I logged in using FileZilla to
access wordpress file successfully.
Before I modify the wp-config.php file and .htaccess file, I opened the
Wordpress Multisite into two different browser, logged into the dashboard
respectively. [I will state the reason below]
I modified wp-config.php command line SUBDOMAINS to 'false' to create
Directory Site. I used SSH console to modify the permission to be able to
I checked the dashboard in one browser. It was working perfect. Using
Add Site command button, I explored to Add site page. I added the
Subdirectory and linked it to different email address first.
[This is the place from where error started].
I logged out from the dashboard. Then, tried to login again, I was able
I erased the added site and again readded a new site to the
subdirectory with the same username [Super Admin]. I logged out.
I tried to login, now I was not able to.
*I rechecked the steps I followed. I saw an email in my email box which
provides a login page. I used the link to login, but again I was not able
to. I again tried to login into Super Admin user, even this main site is
not logging in. I checked my username and password again, retried, but
again the same problem.*
I switched to next browser where my dashboard was still active. I
removed the added site from there. I again switched back to the previous
browser and tried to log in. I am able to login now.
I repeated the steps and only, then I used Filezilla to
access and check the contents within wp-config.php and .htaccess. Every
commands were correct as mentioned in Network Settings of the Dashboard.
I again switched to next browser, explored to PERMALINKS of main site,
saved it twice. Rechecked the login process in another browser, but still
[Solved in a trick, not knowingly, but using a blind guess]
I explored to .htaccess file using FileZilla, used permission 777 in
SSH and deleted it.
I opened the first browser, tried to login. THE PROBLEM OF LOGIN WAS
SOLVED. I quickly moved my cursor to Permalinks and saved twice.
I logged out again, relogged in several times. It is working now,
without any problem.
So, my first problem to log into the site is solved.
-------- My Next Step ---------
I tried clicking the Dashboard of the added site. It shows the error
message. I remember, when in previous instances attempt, I was able to
login but there were no features except the blank page. I forget the steps
that I followed in previous instances that I have deleted. Sorry.
This is the user experience so that a developer team of Bitnami can
understand and work accordingly to fix for all bitnami users.
[ The permissions also play the vital role. Domain Mapping is not my
necessity, I do not need to map any more domains for this site. When I
checked this plugins, the found that if permission was set to 744 or 777,
there was no error in managing Domains. But, still the dashboard do not
load in similar way to localhost. ]
Please follow the Ticket number to find errors. I will try to use your
advice in previous email, if it solves, I will let you know in both the
