Thank you for the information. We're sorry but we don't provide that type of support, I mean, we don't have access to the User's instances. We always try to reproduce the issue and help the users with the steps they need to perform in order to fix the different issues or changes in the documentation.
In this case, we tried to reproduce it but everything went fine. We launched a new instance of CanvasLMS, created a new course, create an announcement and export the content of the site.
Once exported, we created a new course and imported the content of the old course
After waiting some seconds, the course was imported correctly. Did you follow these steps? If you continue running into problems, could you please share the content of the log files?
