Description:
Hi I have run the command here https://lightsail.aws.amazon.com/ls/docs/en_us/articles/amazon-lightsail-using-lets-encrypt-certificates-with-wordpress#request-a-lets-encrypt-certificate-wordpress to request the SSL. But somehow it is not working. In public IP, it is cover with cloudflare ssl. But when I am in internal DNS, it still showing insecure even my cert is renewed.

Hi @darylaurito93,

Thanks for your message. The guide you used is from AWS Lightsail, and not from the Bitnami team. Unfortunately, we can’t provide support for third-party guides.

In public IP, it is cover with cloudflare ssl. But when I am in internal DNS, it still showing insecure even my cert is renewed.

Can you give us more information on this? Are you using the same domain name in the internal network that you configured with cloudflare IP addresses? If the domain name is the same, I think you will need to check update your internal DNS to return the update IP addresses for your domain (CloudFlare’s)

If I disable cloudflare, the site will be insecure as the letsencrypt ssl is not working after renewal.

Hi @darylaurito93,

I’m sorry if I didn’t explain myself correctly, I wasn’t asking to disable CloudFlare, I was asking about your internal DNS. How is it configured? Which IP address does it returns for your domain name? Is it returning the public IP address (from CloudFlare, or another IP address?

Please add as much information as possible so we can get more context on your issue.
