Navigating to your webpage and the certificate shows the following:

As checking the URL of the load balancer the error is related to the Common Name.
As you see in your certificate, your common name configured it seems to be www.example.com
Could you also show me how did you configure the certificate in the load balancer? When you access to the HTTPS page in the Load Balancer you find 3 certificates in
.pem format and I'm unsure if it only should show one.
To solve the Common Name, I think you will have to create your certificate again setting a correct Common Name of your webpage, you have more information about that here.
