IMPORTANT, please fill the questions

No plugins, using ports 7000 and 7043 for http/https, and RoundCube is accessible on both.
Describe here your question/suggestion/issue (expected and actual results):
My RoundCube stack (as well as MediaWiki and Wordpress) have been working great, but recently all of the major browsers have started complaining about the SSL cert that comes with the install.
I have bought a wildcard cert for my domain and installed it in OSX server, and have been trying to point the Bitnami conf files to use it, but it keeps using the out-of-the-box (example.com) cert.
I found that the OSX server appears to keep it's cert in /private/etc/apache2/server.key and server.crt (from httpd-ssl.conf in /private/etc/apache2/other), so I tried pointing bitnami.conf to these keys instead and restart the servers but that doesn't seem to work. Any pointers?
