Hi,

I am having problem with my Bitnami HTTPs Configuration Tool.

When i ran the "sudo /opt/bitnami/bncert-tool" command in SSH, it gives this output.

Bitnami installation directory
Please type a directory that contains a Bitnami installation. The default
installation directory for Linux installers is a directory inside /opt.

Initially i had problem with activating Jetpack plugin in Wordpress, with this error,
"cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate Try again"

Hi @shazwansalimin,

It seems the Apache configuration is wrong. In the "/opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/bitnami/bitnami.conf" file the configuration is pointing to "opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/burp.my.crt" which does not exist. Can you check if the file is there?

ls -la /opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/

Hi Michiel! Thanks for the prompt response.

This is what i get after inputting that comment

"ls: cannot access 'opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/': No such file or directory"

Sorry, my mistake, the command should be:

ls -la /opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/

Hi @shazwansalimin,

The burp.my.crt and burp.my.key files are symlinks. Can you check if the files they are pointing to exists?

 ls -la  /opt/bitnami/letsencrypt/certificates/

Hi @shazwansalimin,

It seems the certificate the Apache configuration points to does not exist. Can you follow the alternative approach to install a Let's Encrypt certificate?

Another option is to first create a self [signed certificate] and (https://docs.bitnami.com/general/apps/wordpress/administration/create-ssl-certificate-apache/), edit the SSLCertificateFile and SSLCertificateKeyFile directives value in "/opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/bitnami.conf" to "/opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/server.crt". After that the bncert tool should work.
