Slow startup and takes too much CPU

Description:
We have VM of Alfresco v5.2.f for some time now.

Everytime I reboot or i do “ctlscript.sh restart” it takes 4 to 8 minutes to be available.

During that time I get:
“Your application is not available”

Also Java process is taking 100% CPU during most of the time.

VM is 1 core, and 32GB of RAM, hypervisor is VMware.

  1. How long should Alfresco take to start?

  2. If this isnt normal, what may be wrong with my setup?

I think the bnsupport ID you provided is incomplete, could you please provide the full reference (or execute it again if you can’t find it). With that, I should be able to take a look at your info.
