Description:
Hi there,

We are trying to serve some wordpress application files from an azure storage account file share. But when we mount the wp-content folder, we experience a high latency for page loads (8-12 seconds). Running the Bitnami Diagnostic tool, I see some errors in Apache pointing to a possible configuration error? Could you look at the diagnostic report and let me know if you see something incorrect with our Apache configuration?

Thank you,
Dan

Hi @rd-webmaster,

The only thing I see in the Apache’s log is this redirection error

[Thu Jan 13 18:23:44.859734 2022] [core:error] [pid 1124:tid 140693741635328] [client **ip_address**:48004] AH00124: Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace., referer: http://20.120.218.137.nip.io/

However, I didn’t get any redirection when accessing that domain

If you are running into performance errors when mounting the azure storage account file system, we suggest you ask the Azure’s support team to troubleshoot this error. It seems the app is working properly but takes time to access the data.

Thanks
