Site can’t be reached

my website http://vivishopee.com/ not open after ssl installed. It shows “ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED”

The Bitnami Diagnostic tool explained the errors it found and you need to take a look at them. The error is clear, Apache is not running


[Processes]

One or more component’s processes are not running:

apache not running

You can try to restart the process with the following command:

$ sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh start COMPONENT_NAME

[Apache]

The Apache configuration has errors:

AH00526: Syntax error on line 7 of /opt/bitnami/apache/conf/bitnami/bitnami.conf: DocumentRoot takes one argument, Root directory of the document tree

Please check the configuration.


If you take a look at that configuration file, you can see that the DocumentRoot line looks like this

DocumentRoot "/opt/bitnami/apache/htdocs"x

There is an extra “x” there and you need to remove it. You will need to restart Apache after doing so.
