- Did you make any other change previously?
We have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please download and execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?

Please note that the SSH connection issues is not related to the SSL configuration. If you modified the permissions of the home folder of the bitnami user or edited the SSH configuration somehow, you would lose access to the instance using the SSH connection. Can you try to configure the connection again?
