Hi @johocen168,

Did you open the ports on the GCE panel:

https://docs.bitnami.com/google/faq/administration/use-firewall/

Regards,
Michiel

Yes, it is on GCE penel → VPC network → Firewall rules, all 3 ports are “allow” for bitnami-wordpress.

What happened was that the server was not accessible after I stop and start vm, is that the problem?

Thanks

Hi @johocen168,

That shouldn’t matter. Could you try connecting to the instance using nc?

nc -zv your.domain.com 80

Regards,
Michiel

Hi @michiel

Connection to johocen.com 80 port [tcp/http] succeeded! But after I did ctlscript.sh stop and start
My concern is why it will be “not accessible” from time to time? anything I should look into?

Thanks

Hi @johocen168,

I would check for possible bot attacks:

https://docs.bitnami.com/bch/apps/moodle/troubleshooting/deny-connections-bots-apache/

And also check if the machine is running low on resources:

For RAM:

 free -m

And disk space:

 df -h

Michiel
