That is really strange. In order to fix this first issue and try to start apache, you can disable the certificate by commenting the following lines in /opt/wordpress-5.3.2-2/apache2/conf/bitnami/bitnami.conf
# SSLCertificateFile "/opt/wordpress-5.3.2-2/apache2/conf/server.crt"
# SSLCertificateKeyFile "/opt/wordpress-5.3.2-2/apache2/conf/server.key"
Then, restart apache
sudo /opt/wordpress-5.3.2-2/ctlscript.sh restart apache
However, I expect to see more issues after this one. If you don't understand them, execute the bnsupport again so we can check them.
It seems you have installed WordPress using the Bitnami Stack installer, isn't it? You could install another WordPress stack in a different folder and use it as an example to get the missing files from your original installation.
If you suspect that, maybe you should update you SSH authentication mechanism.
