Hi @etkim,

I’ve been able to reproduce the issue. A colleague from a different team will update this thread.

HI,
I found this:

You can try to download last setup package from http://www.imagemagick.org/script/binary-releases.php#windows,
but according to RMagick wiki, the last known version to work is 6.9.1.
ImageMagick legacy binary versions are available at https://sourceforge.net/projects/imagemagick/files/im6-exes/.

On this page: https://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_install_rmagick_gem_on_Windows

Could you try with that version ?

Hi, @rafaelrios

I tried your suggestion.
but I can’t found ImageMagick 6.9.1.
and i was install ‘ImageMagick-6.9.9-37-Q16-HDRI-x64-dll’ version.

but I got the same result.

Our team were decided to change server in Linux.
If the same result occurs in Linux, I will ask you again.

Thank you for your kindness @michiel and @rafaelrios.
Regards,
