I'm able to connect to the remote and local postgres instances through psql but not through the Bitnami Stack. This is the error I receive.

What is the IP address I should be using to connect to a local instance of PostgreSQL since the Bitnami Stack is a VM?
Are there any commands I can use within the Bitnami Stack terminal to verify that I can access IP addresses outside the VM?
