After running the script, php-fpm, apache and mysql are indeed running
I looked in the error_logs and here is the one that is the most common:
[Tue Apr 11 11:32:19.437144 2017] [proxy_fcgi:error] [pid 1535:tid 140110817158912] [client 127.0.0.1:36720] AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: WordPress database error Table 'bitnami_wordpress.wp_blogs' doesn't exist for query SELECT blog_id FROM wp_blogs WHERE domain IN ( 'localhost' ) AND path IN ( '/server-status/', '/' ) ORDER BY CHAR_LENGTH(path) DESC LIMIT 1 made by require('wp-blog-header.php'), require_once('wp-load.php'), require_once('wp-config.php'), require_once('wp-settings.php'), require('wp-includes/ms-settings.php'), ms_load_current_site_and_network, get_site_by_path, get_sites, WP_Site_Query->query, WP_Site_Query->get_sites, WP_Site_Query->get_site_ids\n'
Also, here is the error for the SSL mismatch (though I don't think this is the main problem here)
[Tue Apr 11 16:40:39.929607 2017] [ssl:warn] [pid 1528:tid 139978587031360] AH01909: localhost:443:0 server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server name
I went in using PHP MyAdmin and took a look at the tables and saw that there are several groupings. The first is WP_4 but some of the tables are blank, such as WP_4_Domain_mapping. Then there are others for the subdomains that seem to have the information present such as sitename, description and url.
I don't want to post the database here but I exported it and can send it to you directly - please let me know.
