RDP discconection after 2 seconds

Description:
I installed latest version 1.3.0-9 with the VMware OVA file.
SSH session works fine
RDP session does not work through Guacaole interface, RDP works to Windows via MSTSC so issue is not there
When I connect I get 2 to 3 seconds a black screen with the mouse pointer at the top left corner, and then I get a disconnected message.
I followed all the configurations that are in the documentation like check the ignore cert checkbox...

Hi @barth,

Thanks for using Bitnami. I'm afraid I can't find that bnsupport bundle in our system. Can you run it again and send us the new generated code?

Meanwhile I was able to solve the issue thanks to a post found via Google...
Needed to add some components by using
sudo apt -y -t buster-backports install freerdp2-dev libpulse-dev
