Keywords: ProcessMaker - Windows - How to - Credentials
Addresses package: bitnami-processmakercommunity-3.3.6-9-windows-x64-installer
Issue: After installation, the user configures an admin username and password. Once configurations are done, the user cannot login getting a "Warning: user's account has expired" message.
Solution: The password in this package is set to expire on 2020-01-01. To work around the issue, you first need to change the time of your machine / server to anytime before this. Then, you log in using your credentials from configuration (default admin / admin). Once you are in, create a new administrator under admin/users. Now, you can return your time back to actual. Log in with your newly created admin credentials and update the expiration date for the default admin to a date after your current date. Optionally, you can delete the admin you created to make the changes.
Since I could not post to a closed topic without an answer I wanted to share a workaround in the community, thank you.
