I'll answer the first question, with more details: My intention was to make a restaurant menu, so I downloaded the "Restaurant Menu" plugin. I was following the instructions of someone's video tutorial and I reached a last moment in which to add it on a new page there was no other way but to go back versions, since the video was from 2016. Then I downloaded another plugin, "WP rollback" and well, that's when I started going back and forth from one version to another, without success being updated.
The next day, until today, I cannot access my account. You tell me invalid username, do you want to change your password? But it doesn't even let me change it, even though my email is connected and I have access to it
If I'm not mistaken, I'm using Cloud instance, Single-Tier which I really don't quite know what it means
That's what I can understand and the last thing I was doing that may have started to fail.
As for the Support Tool, I am not understanding too much how to use it. I don't think I have it. In my Bitnami Wordpress Stack I have the following "files" (Spanish to English): Start the Wordpress Stack service, Bitnami Wordpress Stack Tools Manager, Uninstall the service, Download add-ons, Install Bitnami W as a service, Launch B W Stack, Website, and Use Bitnami W Stack. If it's nothing like that, I'll continue with the page you attached to me.
