Just tried that with a fresh install of 2.5.2-1 in a Win7 VM.. After removing the cache file, a
bundle exec gem uninstall redcarpet, gave me:

in addition to the gem? [Yn] y
Successfully uninstalled redcarpet-2.3.0-x86-mingw32
ERROR: While executing gem ... (NoMethodError)
undefined method `delete' for #<Bundler::SpecSet:0x2e012b0>
After that, a
bundle install gave me this:

An error occurred while installing redcarpet (2.3.0), and Bundler cannot
Make sure that `gem install redcarpet -v '2.3.0'` succeeds before bundling.
I tried restarting the thin stacks just to clear out any other cached files (if there are any) and still had no Markdown option. To me that looks like a download source error, so I tried
gem install redcarpet -v '2.3.0' --source http://rubygems.org install of the default
https, but this broke my stack. Neither of my redmine thin services will start after that.
