If you used sudo, you should not receive that error. Could you please run this command?
head -n 20 /opt/bitnami/php/etc/php.ini
If the line is not shown there, please run this one. If it's there, do not run it. If this command doesn't return any error message, you won't need to edit the php.ini file manually.
sudo sed -i '2i zend_extension = /opt/bitnami/php/lib/php/extensions/ioncube_loader_lin_7.0.so' /opt/bitnami/php/etc/php.ini
The commands I shared with you in my previous post show if the extension was properly added to the php.ini file.
