I did what you said but I still can't get the email working on erpnext. All I am getting at is stucking at freeze "saving" dialog, and until long enough appears message box saying "Another transaction is blocking this one. Please try again in a few seconds.". I even signed up for new gmail account, outlook account, yahoo account, and yandex account but none is working either. I also launched the demo bitnami server on AWS, Azure and etc. and this problem still exists.
Funny thing is I register a free erpnext on official site (erpnext.com) and when I input the same information, it is still producing the same result --- stuck at "saving" forever until the message "did not save" pops out.
I am pretty sure the smtp and port info and user id and password are correct. My wild guess is that it is the bug of version 7, I don't know. But could be anything that I have slipped, though I have been busting myself finding all answers from here and other discussion forum, but at the end, none is working for me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
