We installed the Bitnami Redmine stack (3.3.1) (2x) on a server that already has an OLD manual install of Redmine (2.2.2) and also supports Gitolite. After our last reboot, the OLD Redmine and Gitolite are still working, but the Bitnami Redmine instances are NOT.
When I go to the webpage, I get the redmine error "We're sorry but something went wrong", so I changed Passenger to Friendly Error logs and got a listing of env variables and server stats. The error in the log says:

I have tried multiple ports and always the same results. Everything else seems to be running except the webpage part - which is essential. The mysql DB is up and running. I have multiple people working this and no one can seem to figure out why it is doing this.
The internet recommends changing the PassengerStartTimeout, but I can't seem to find it in any of the Passenger config files. Do I just add it to the installdir/apps/redmine/conf/httpd-app.conf file?
