I have a lightsail instance running bitnami lamp. The site (located in /opt/bitnami/frameworks/codeigniter/htdocs) was setup originally with one domain and one SSL certificate. I added a second domain and SSL this weekend, both pointing to same site (again /opt/bitnami/frameworks/codeigniter/htdocs).I used the bitnami.conf configuration file to achieve this.
I have a test server on another instance of AWS lightsail with the same setup - 2 SSLs and 2 domain names pointing to one website in the /opt/bitnami/frameworks/codeigniter/htdocs folder. The config in bitnami.conf for both lightsail instances are identical (except domain names and certs obviously). Everything works prefect on the test server but for some reason on the original server the phpmyadmin page is pointing to /opt/bitnami/frameworks/codeigniter/htdocs instead of /opt/bitnami/apps/phpmyadmin/htdocs.
Before I added the second domain to the server phpmyadmin was working. I have tried using the 80 and 443 ssh tunnels and both redirect to the codeigniter folder.
Any ideas? I'm going mad here searching
