Php Time limit value is showing "0" after changing php.ini

Php time limit is not changing in when I am checking the server status, I have already change in php.in I restarted AWS LightSail server but still its not changing and showing “0” value instead of 300.

I’m not exactly sure where you are checking PHP’s conf, are you using phpinfo();. We have a brief guide in our documentation to change PHP’s max_execution_time, could you take a look at it:

After applying the changes, try restarting the services by running:

sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh

If the issue persists, we have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?
