You are using an old version of the Bitnami Parse solution and that's why you can't find the "parse-https-vhost" file. In you case, you need to add the configuration to the /opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/bitnami/bitnami.conf file. However, I just saw that you ran the Bitnami HTTPS configuration tool and it configured the SSL certificate and the redirections to https. I accessed your site and it's working properly for me.
