We have recently migrated to a new Moodle site, and configured the outgoing mail configuration identical to the old one, which was functioning correctly. Note that site-wide messaging was enabled and the SMTP address was tested with mxtoolbox (all ok).
When I use the "bulk user actions" option to send out multiple emails on Moodle, no emails are sent out, but the messages are delivered on the system. Is there something else I have to configure in this regard?
