/opt/bitnami folder disappeared after I edited my VM Instance on Google Cloud

Could you please give me more details on the issue (e.g. the steps you performed) so that I am able to reproduce it?

Additionally, ee have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?

This what it returns mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/opt/bitnami/bnsupport’: No such file or directory

When I run sudo mkdir /opt/bitnami/bnsupport I guess this is because bitnami folder is not visible

Hi @onyango103

You mentioned you edited the VM Instance on Google Cloud, what was this modification about?

If you did not have important data on the instance, the easier solution would be creating a brand new machine. Could that work for you?
