Can you help I have been trying repeated to get my opencart instance running on a Google Compute Server to show the domain name rather than the IP address.
I have followed the instructions in the wiki including fixing the minor typo without any success.
For reference the instructions used (based on a pwd of /opt/bitnami/apps/opencart)
$ sudo ./bnconfig --machine_hostname my domain.com
$ sudo mv /opt/bitnami/apps/opencart/bnconfig /opt/bitnami/app
NB. The wiki link uses the directory OpenCart, but the install actually is opencart.
The domain is registered with GoDaddy and I have set up an IP forwarding rule to the static IP of the Google Compute instance.
The DNS records allow me to type the domain name in the browser and be successfully routed to the site complete with IP address showing in the browser, and I have successfully registered with Google.
The GoDaddy How-to is slightly out of date, but I have I believe also followed that.
As the above should be fairly straight forward, can you point me to the step I have missed.
