Opencart image on bitnami is not sending any email

I have opencart by Bitnami image on debian instance with AWS and my website is not sending any email to customers or me. i am using mail option with
" -fmyemail@domaim.com" .
I also used bitnami support tool - 30872c3d-a067-da18-c1dd-dae5f7bd141a .
