This is regarding download of reports from the instructor dashboard. I am able to download all the reports except the report that is related to profile information of learners registered for the course. When I click on the button " Download profile information as a CSV " I get the following message which is desired.
But the report never gets generated. The link is never made available for me to download data.
I am able to download all the other reports though except all the reports related to profile information.
What could be the possible reason that I might be missing out? Also, I would like to point out that right now, users never fill out the registration form because we are allowing them to login using our firm's credentials via third party auth.
