I do the following.
1. Log into Google Cloud (cloud.google.com)
2. Search for Open Atrium
3. Choose Bitnami Open Atrium 2.45
4. Create VM and done
- or -
- Log into MS Azure (portal.azure.com)
- Search for Open Atrium
- Choose Bitnami 2.21 for Ubuntu 14.04
- Create VM and done
In Azure I have also tried AppDirect's OA image, but due to severe latency I decided against it.
Since Google Cloud offer 7GB RAM compared to Azures 3,5GB RAM, I will go with Google any day in of the week, BUT Googles Bitnami image is flawed....
So, I have now tried launching OA according to your suggested process, ie
1. using azure.bitnami.com
- or -
2. using google.bitnami.com
In both cases, I got the broken OA-image!!! Subspaces do not wor, Sections do not work, shortcuts do not work, Breadcrumbs do not work.
This means, that if I use the Bitnami OA-images found in Azure I get a working OA-site, but NOT when I use the OA-image that Bitnami provide on their own site or the one found in Google Cloud.
I do understand the confusion now
Only properly working Bitnami OA-image is provided by Azure, but I would rather use Google Clouds bigger servers.
How do we (you) proceed?
