This issue is due to a set of situations. We have reproduced the issue if these characteristics are presents:
- You are using Google Chrome
- You are accessing the server using public domain name (something like
- Your server is hosted in AWS
By default, our demo is launched in AWS and we provide you the public domain (meets point 2 and 3), so if you are accessing using Google Chrome the issue appears.
To solve it, you can access the server using the IP address. If you have this domain
ec2-53-13-165-232.compute-1.amazonaws.com, the associated IP address is
188.8.131.52. Also, you can use the domain name with a different search engine than Google Chrome.
It seems that the problem is not related to the Bitnami installation, but to Drupal (used by OpenAtrium). We have informed Drupal of this issue with the AWS domains, we are awaiting response.
