Keywords: LAMP/MAMP/WAMP - AWS - How to - Domain Name (DNS)
I have an AWS Lamp instance hosting two sites, VirtualHosts set-up with a primary IP and a secondary IP.
For the domain on the primary IP I was able to create a Letsencrypt certificate, but I am not able to for the secondary IP..
The Bitnami cert-tool is giving this error:
Warning: The domain 'xyz.com' resolves to a different IP address than
the one detected for this machine, which is 'x.x.x.x'. Please fix its DNS
entries or remove it. For more info see:
This looks normal as the machine is only recognized by its primary IP address.
How can I add the secondary IP address so that I am able to generate a Letsencrypt certificate for the domain that resolves to that IP address?
