I followed the instructions here: https://docs.bitnami.com/general/how-to/bitnami-remove-banner/ and replaced the path with odoo, and the command executed fine.
When I restarted apache using:
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache
I was unable to access odoo and received a 503 error.
(from apache2 error log file):
AH01114: HTTP: failed to make connection to backend: localhost
[Mon Jun 17 01:31:12.037042 2019] [proxy:error] [pid 7773] (111)Connection refused: AH00957: HTTP: attempt to connect to 127.0.0.1:8069 (localhost) failed
I rebooted teh VM running ODOO and it seems ok - but still not serving out any web pages:
