Not able to see preview of docx and pdf files

We have resourcespace 9.0.13092 installed on windows 2012 R2. We are not able to see preview of pdf file and docx file. only download option is visible. please help us to resolve this.

Hi @ppanigrahi.pp,

Could you please let us know the steps you followed when uploading the PDF and trying to preview it? We would like to reproduce the issue and evaluate how to fix it.

We also have a Support Tool that will gather relevant information for us to analyze your configuration and logs. Could you please download and execute it on the machine where the stack is running by following the steps described in the guide below?

Hi Jota,

I have just tried to upload a pdf file using a upload menu and selecting resource type as document.

I was not able to get preview of pdf when i click on pdf thumbnail.

I have executed the bnsupport tool and bundle was uploaded successfully to the Bitnami servers. Please check the following code for further analysing.
