Thank you for catching that error on my part -- however, things aren't quite right yet.
My goal is to have that content accessible at nextcloud.mysite.com. I am following the instructions at https://docs.bitnami.com/virtual-machine/infrastructure/lamp/configuration/configure-custom-application/#define-virtual-host-configuration-123
I made sure (proofreading this time!) to make these changes:
1) The httpd-vhosts.conf file in the apps/nextcloud/conf folder contains this code:
leaving aside the SSL stuff for now.
2) In the file
/opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/bitnami/bitnami-apps-prefix.conf I have commented out the line that reads
3) In the file
/opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/bitnami/bitnami-apps-vhosts.conf I have added the line that reads
I believe this is the correct setup, and I have an A record pointing nextcloud.mysite.com to the correct IP address.
However, the following happens:
nextcloud.mysite.com takes me to
mysite.com/nextcloud takes me to a dummy "Hello World" Wordpress page (just like
IF I go back to
/opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/bitnami/bitnami-apps-prefix.conf and uncomment (i.e. restore) the line
Include "/opt/bitnami/apps/nextcloud/conf/httpd-prefix.conf", then restart the server, then the following happens:
nextcloud.mysite.com still takes me to

mysite.com/nextcloud takes me to the "Test nextcloud" page you posted the screenshot of
So somehow I am missing something in configuring the virtual host to get things set up. What am I doing wrong?
