It seems the upload process failed, can you retry?

sudo /opt/bitnami/bnsupport-tool

If you get the same error, I'll let you know how you can share the files with us.

I am really sorry, I have deleted that server, and using a 5 days old backup created a new one, and the new server is working fine shall we see the same issue happens to the new server also?
