I was able to start the server and view the default page in a new test app.
This line also works without a problem
ruby -e 'print 1+1'
The problem starts on the very next line, where instructions say to try this command.

I hope I have described that accurately the issue. I did a search for rvm and the only thing I can find is a .rb file located
There is also an rvm folder there with multiple other rvm files
