Joomla instance installed via Bitnami/Lightsail

Yes. I used Akeeba to extract my site from my hosting server, uploaded that zip file via FileZilla, unzipped the file to extract out the old config. I then ran the Installer to upload the database.
Describe here your question/suggestion/issue (expected and actual results):
I am interested to know what the ownership should be of the files/directories that I uploaded?
The front page looks just fine. (http://fencing.cymru). In fact, the back end also LOOKS ok, but I am unable to install or update plugins. I assume the process screwed up the file ownerships, but I dont know how to correct that.
