I have been able to get back to working on this issue. I had to stop and then start MySql to get it back online. Restart wasn't working but a stop and a start got it running.
I ran the following command:
PURGE BINARY LOGS BEFORE '2021-01-11 00:00:00';
I got the following message:
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec).
It didn't clean much up.
/dev/sda1 9.8G 8.3G 1023M 90% /
I made changes to the my.cnf file:
expire_logs_days=2 (changed from 7 days to 2 days)
binlog_expire_logs_seconds=43200 (added this line)
I restarted the MySql and the disk is still full.
I ran sudo du -h . -d 1 | sort -h
Then I checked ./var and it looks like the cache folder is really big.
I have WPRocket installed so I cleared the cache in there but no reduction in the ./cach folder.
I don't have a very complicated WP site. It's just a bunch of blog posts and a small WooCommerce site with five or six items.
Maybe my site really is this big?
Here is a new bnsupport-tool report:
Any more ideas?
