The PID is the process ID number. It helps you to identify which process in your server is running MySQL, for example. You can disregard this information, it is just an extra information provided. It doesn't mean any error or similar.
Regarding the certificates renew, I see you have a cron job installed on your server to renew them, but you may be missing the output information. Can you edit the cronjob to the one below?
0 0 1 * * /opt/bitnami/letsencrypt/scripts/renew-certificate.sh > /tmp/certificate-renew.log 2>&1
As your expiration time is very close and the cron job won't be executed before the certificate is expired, can you manually run the
renew-certificate.sh script as shown below and send us the output?
sudo bash /opt/bitnami/letsencrypt/scripts/renew-certificate.sh
If it works, you will need to manually run it in all your servers, apart from editing the cronjob in all of them
