Description:
My new instance stops often, needs to be restarted all the time.
I ran Bitnami Support tool, which found issues with Apache and with resources.
Topic says I must analyse Apache access and error logs.
Where do I get a viewer to analyse Apache logs?
What is the issue with resources?

It does seem related to a lack of resources. Could you try upgrading to an instance with more RAM?

Hi, also, I am based in Johannesburg and my instance is running in Mumbai. Is there possibly a stability issue in Mumbai? Should I choose another zone?

If you don’t have any valuable data in your instance the easiest option is to launch a new one with higher specs. Else, I have found an official Amazon LightSail guide that covers the process of upgrading the plan for a given instance:

Regarding the zone, ideally you should use the one that is nearest to the location of the users that will use the application. Nevertheless, I’d give a try at increasing the specs and see if that resolves your issues.
