bndiagnostic failure reason: The suggested guides are not related with my issue

Description:
I found SSL certificate created with “bncert-tool” is not automatically renewed. So I need to resolve this issue asap and it has caused my whole website down. I am also running paid marketing campaign, but the website is not running at all.

I also tried to run the bncert-tool and got the following error:

Warning: The web server configuration check failed. Please fix the configuration
error:
AH00526: Syntax error on line 73 of
/opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/bitnami/bitnami.conf:
SSLCertificateFile: file
‘/opt/bitnami/apache2/conf/partsforcreativity.com.au.crt’ does not exist or is
empty

You can try revoking the certificate and generate a new one later using the bncert tool
