According to the log, you did not disable Pagespeed properly.
Note that, by commenting out, the guide is referring to adding a "#" before each line, so the configuration would look like this:
# Include conf/pagespeed.conf
# Include conf/pagespeed_libraries.conf
After that, restart Apache:
sudo /opt/bitnami/ctlscript.sh restart apache
Next, you get the following messages:
[Fri Jul 13 07:58:48.946634 2018] [ssl:warn] [pid 9686] AH01909: www.news-eleven.com:443:0 server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server name
[Fri Jul 13 07:58:48.993691 2018] [ssl:warn] [pid 9687] AH01909: www.news-eleven.com:443:0 server certificate does NOT include an ID which matches the server name
But your SSL certificates have a different domain (CN) value than your ServerName, which is why that error is appearing.
If you already have an SSL certificate, follow this guide to replace it.
If not, please check this guide in order to create a new SSL certificate. When you get asked for a domain name, use www.news-eleven.com (and news-eleven.com as an alias).
I hope it helps!
