We have activate prestashop Multistore and backoffice/fontoffice have error 500. Main website fontoffice work good.

How can solve, we have fallow the instruction https://docs.bitnami.com/aws/apps/prestashop/configuration/enable-multisite/ but not work

When do you get the 500 error messages? The Apache's log should give you some information about the error, did you check it?

Ok,

Now i check and error desapear but 2nd shop url was on 404 ?

I want use subdomain for the 2nd shop

This is not a valid support code, can you run it again?

Apart from that, could you please provide us with more information about the current status?
- What's the domain of the first store?
- What's the domain of the 2nd shop?
- What error are you getting and when?
